For INSET days I can offer a one-off lecture on rapport; a curated programme of workshops or DEI (diversity, equality and inclusion) training that goes beyond the expected. My relational approach can also support schools to tackle specific concerns. Whether you want to address differential behaviour outcomes; create a sense of belonging; or raise attainment for specific groups, I can develop a programme to fit your needs.
Universities
I produce and run interactive lectures and workshops on race in education for PGCE and B.Ed students. I can also develop tailored research programmes to match your requirements. At King's College London I set up the Common Ground Project which supported university tutors to develop and use rapport building strategies to improve classroom relationships and academic outcomes
